Welcome to Ageback LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of:

• Product purchases.

• Subscriptions and recurring orders.

• Digital goods.

• User accounts.

• Influencer and user-generated content programs.

• Data usage and privacy.

• Content and media submitted to us.

• All other Company-related interactions.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a subscription, or submitting content to us, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our website, create an account, purchase our products, or enroll in our services.

These Terms include a mandatory arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver.

5. Subscription Terms and Automatic Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription:

• You must provide express, informed consent during checkout.

• You authorize recurring automatic charges at the billing interval presented during checkout.

• Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

• You may cancel your subscription through your customer account, where available, or by emailing support@ageback.com.

• To avoid your next recurring charge, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Charges already processed are generally non-refundable, except where the first shipment qualifies under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, we may retry your payment method or pause or cancel the subscription.

If a free trial is offered, it will convert into a paid subscription unless it is cancelled before the renewal date disclosed during enrollment.

These subscription terms are intended to comply with applicable federal and state automatic-renewal and negative-option requirements.

Important shipping terms include:

• Orders typically require one (1) to three (3) business days to process.

• Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer after the carrier marks the order as delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• We are not responsible for packages stolen, lost, or delivered incorrectly after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

7. Refunds and Returns

Important return and refund terms include:

• Eligible first-shipment refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date.

• Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

• Customers must obtain a Return Authorization before returning an item.

• Subscription renewals and recurring charges are generally non-refundable.

• The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the first shipment of a subscription.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• Chargebacks submitted for matters covered by this Agreement may be disputed and may result in account suspension or termination where permitted by law.

If there is a conflict between this section and our complete Return & Refund Policy, the complete Return & Refund Policy will control, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Influencer, User-Generated Content, and Third-Party Content

If you voluntarily submit content to us through email, direct message, uploads, tags, a creator portal, or another communication channel, you grant Ageback LLC a:

• Perpetual.

• Worldwide.

• Irrevocable.

• Royalty-free.

• Transferable.

• Commercial.

license to use, modify, edit, reproduce, advertise with, distribute, and display your submitted content, including your likeness, voice, and name, in any format and through any platform, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or otherwise possess the rights necessary to submit and license the content.

• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

• Every identifiable individual appearing in the content has consented to its commercial use.

• You will indemnify the Company against claims arising from a breach or misrepresentation concerning these warranties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a third party believes content used by us violates their rights, they may request its removal by emailing support@ageback.com and providing:

• Identification of the relevant content.

• Proof of ownership or authority.

• Contact information.

• An attestation made under penalty of perjury.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All Company content, including text, images, media, product designs, trademarks, software, and marketing materials, is owned by or licensed to Ageback LLC.

Without prior written permission, users may not:

• Copy.

• Modify.

• Reproduce.

• Sell.

• Distribute.

• Create derivative works from Company content.

10. Third-Party Platforms, Tools, and Links

We may integrate with third-party services, including:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the following must be resolved through binding individual arbitration:

• Refunds.

• Shipping.

• Privacy.

• User-generated content.

• Website use.

• Marketing.

• Representations or warranties.

• Other interactions with Ageback LLC.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”) under the applicable arbitration rules.

Arbitration does not involve a judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive participation in:

• Class arbitrations.
