AGEBACK Shipping Policy

Ageback LLC
Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms part of our Terms of Sale, which include a mandatory arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.

By placing an order with Ageback LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders typically require one (1) to three (3) business days to process, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, periods of high demand, or unforeseen supply-chain interruptions.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

We must have a reasonable basis for any shipping timeframe stated on our website. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated or legally required period, we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipping date where available.

Where required by applicable law, you will be given the option to:

  • Consent to the revised shipping date; or

  • Cancel the affected order and receive a full and prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise.

If we cannot obtain the consent required to delay shipment, we may cancel the affected order and issue the required refund.

We will send delay notices and other order updates to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We may ship orders through major carriers such as:

  • USPS.

  • UPS.

  • DHL.

  • FedEx.

  • Other regional or international shipping partners.

Estimated transit and delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, customs inspections, holidays, operational disruptions, or other events outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law or another Ageback LLC policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delays, failed delivery, or returned packages. Ageback LLC is not responsible for losses or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link, where available.

Tracking information is provided and controlled by the carrier. We do not control:

  • The frequency of tracking updates.

  • Carrier scanning delays.

  • The timing of tracking events.

  • The accuracy of carrier tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the provided tracking information.

For delivery-related questions, customers may contact the carrier directly or contact us at support@ageback.com for reasonable assistance.

4. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Title

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer when the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

After delivery has been confirmed:

  • Ageback LLC is generally not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, property damage, or disputes involving the delivery location.

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • Carrier-confirmed delivery generally constitutes completion of our shipping obligations.

  • Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages from the delivery location.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Packages Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, security personnel, reception desks, and mailroom staff.

  2. Check around the delivery location and any areas where the carrier may have left the package.

  3. Allow up to forty-eight (48) hours because carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the package physically arrives.

  4. Contact the carrier and request a missing-mail search, package trace, or delivery investigation.

Ageback LLC generally does not issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier where eligible.

Packages Lost Before Delivery

If the carrier confirms that a package was lost before delivery, please contact support@ageback.com.

We will initiate or assist with a carrier investigation. Eligibility for a replacement or refund will be determined after the carrier investigation has been completed and remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customer refusal, failure to collect the package from the carrier, unpaid customs fees, or another delivery obstacle outside our control:

  • Reshipment fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

  • We may require payment of all applicable reshipment costs before sending the package again.

  • After providing notice to the customer, merchandise may be considered abandoned or forfeited if the required reshipment fees are not paid within fourteen (14) days, except where prohibited by applicable law.

  • Ageback LLC is not responsible for losses caused by address errors, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties.

  • Import taxes.

  • Value-added tax.

  • Brokerage charges.

  • Other government or carrier fees.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated during checkout.

Delays caused by customs inspections, government agencies, or unpaid customs charges do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

If a package is returned because of unpaid customs charges or refusal by the customer, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs.

  • Redelivery fees.

  • Customs charges.

  • Applicable carrier penalties.

These provisions apply except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Preorders, Backorders, and High-Demand Items

Estimated shipping dates for preorders, backorders, and high-demand items are projections and may change because of manufacturing delays, supply-chain disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a delay occurs:

  • We will notify the customer using the contact information provided during checkout.

  • We will provide a revised shipping date where available.

  • Where required by applicable law, the customer will be given the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a full and prompt refund.

  • Customers who consent to an indefinite delay may cancel the affected order at any time before it ships.

A delay does not automatically qualify an order for additional compensation beyond the remedies required by applicable law.

9. Optional Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance is available, it must be purchased during checkout.

The exact coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements will be presented through the applicable insurance offer or provider.

Unless otherwise stated in the insurance terms, shipping insurance may cover carrier-verified loss before confirmed delivery. It may not cover theft, disappearance, or misplacement after the carrier confirms delivery.

Declining optional shipping insurance may limit the remedies available through the insurance provider, but it does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or remove obligations that Ageback LLC has under applicable law.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact support@ageback.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographs of the product and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

You do not need to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item unless requested by us.

Failure to provide adequate documentation or timely notice may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

At our discretion and subject to applicable law, we may:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a full refund.

This remedy is available in addition to, and does not affect, eligibility under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Approved replacements will be shipped using our standard processing and shipping timeframes.

11. Shipping Fees and Refunds

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Ageback LLC will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds issued because of a verified error by Ageback LLC will cover the applicable product cost and any additional amounts required by applicable law.

Please review our complete Return & Refund Policy for additional requirements, limitations, and exclusions.

12. Chargebacks and Fraud Protection

Shipping and delivery disputes covered by this Policy may also be subject to the Arbitration Agreement and Class-Action Waiver contained in our Terms of Service.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may provide relevant documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, carriers, arbitration providers, or other appropriate parties when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.

This documentation may include:

  • Tracking records.

  • Carrier delivery confirmation.

  • Checkout records.

  • Customer consent records.

  • Relevant device or IP information.

  • Customer-service communications.

  • Other transaction records.

Accounts associated with fraudulent claims may be restricted or prohibited from making future purchases, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any lawful billing-dispute or chargeback rights.

13. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Shipping and delivery disputes may be subject to the Arbitration Agreement and Class-Action Waiver contained in our Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, covered claims must be resolved individually through binding arbitration.

If applicable law prohibits arbitration or the waiver of representative proceedings for a particular claim, the relevant restriction will not apply to that claim.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy periodically.

The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that purchase, unless a later change is required by applicable law or the customer expressly agrees to the change.

We will post revised versions on our website and update the “Last updated” date.

Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights applicable to completed purchases where prohibited by law.
